Inside Each Stage
A closer look at how our teams handle every part of production.

Step 01
Design & Development
Our in-house design team collaborates with clients to translate concepts and requirements into precise, production-ready technical designs aligned with brand specifications.

Step 02
Sampling & Prototyping
Samples are developed to evaluate fit, fabric, and construction details, ensuring full approval before proceeding to bulk production.

Step 03
Material Selection & Testing
We source high-quality fabrics and trims, which are thoroughly tested to ensure compliance with required standards for durability, comfort, and performance.

Step 04
Production Planning (PPC)
A structured Production Planning & Control (PPC) system is implemented to ensure optimized workflow, resource efficiency, and timely execution of orders.

Step 05
Production
Cutting and stitching are carried out using advanced machinery under skilled supervision. Printing, sublimation, and embroidery are integrated within the production process to ensure consistency and precision.

Step 06
Quality Control & Packaging
Comprehensive quality inspections are conducted at multiple stages, followed by final inspection and secure packaging to ensure product integrity during shipment.
